“Business Russia” introduced the program for improvement of the investment climate

Presentation of the model program for improvement of the investment climate in Russia has taken place the day before at the meeting of the Expert’s Council of the Russian Ministry of regional development. The program, worked up by the all-Russian public organization “Business Russia”, was introduced by the President of “Business Russia” Eugene Uriev and by the Vice-President of this organization Alexander Galushka.

The PR-service of “Business Russia” reports in the course of the discussion it was stated the aim of the program was creation of favorable investment climate, formation of the conditions for wide-scaled modernization of Russian industry at the regional level, diversification of the economics and stable non-rough economic development of the country.

“Within the frames of the State Council’s preparation for the improvement of the investment attractiveness of Russian regions we’ve worked up a complex of measures, with the help of which we hope to reach the creation of the administrative, infrastructural, financial, tax and tariff conditions, favorable for investment activity in every separate Russian region at the regional level” – Eugene Uriev underscored, presenting the “Business Russia” program.

The President of the organization turned attention to the fact that the business community of the country seriously strives for the improvement of the investment climate in the country and the proposed model program represented in many respects the answer to their strivings. “I am sure the representatives of the non-rough sector will render maximal assistance to realization of our program and to other efficient measures, undertaken by the authority in this direction” – Eugene Uriev stated.

In the course of the presentation Alexander Galushka characterized the content of the key positions in the program and mentioned that the financial arrangements in it were not the main thing but the cardinal change of the attitude to attraction of investments and to the culture of work with the investors. At the end of the discussion the program was approved by the Russian Ministry of regional development in a whole.
