Ufa railway station has to be put into exploitation by the end of 2010

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov held a work meeting with the head of “Russian Railways” Railway Stations Directorate Sergey Abramov today.

The course of the Ufa railway station reconstruction was under discussion at the meeting. As M-r Abramov stated during the meeting with the journalists, it was decided to complete the reconstruction of the railway station on the equal footing. The matter concerns 190 million rubles. According to M-R Abramov the problems of financing will be solved quickly in order to put the infrastructure of the railway station’s first turn into exploitation by the end of this year.

As for the construction of the second turn it is necessary to make the audit of the project first. Some interesting proposals are to the fore and realization of the whole project requires two-three years.
