One may watch the queues in the Russian Register Dept in RB with the help of web-cameras

The Russian Register Department in Republic of Bashkortostan uses the newest technical solutions, allowing the citizens to save their time when visiting the documentation points, including the web-cameras.

The cameras are installed in the halls of the Department in Ufa and Sterlitamac, working in the online mode. According to the acting head of the Department Regina Fakhretdinova the declarant may check either the presence or the absence of the queues in the halls and choose the most convenient time for a visit, staying home and using the internet-portal of the Russian Register Dept in RB.

Along with the possibility to watch the level of functioning of any documentation point the web-cameras provide the internal departmental control over the work of the officials in these points. As a result the quality of the public services becomes much better and the time, necessary for that, is substantially reduced.
