The secondary housing market of Ufa: +0,3% for the last week

42,23 thousand rubles for one square meter – this is the average offer price in the Ufa secondary housing market. For the last week it grew up by 0,3%. The three-room flats became by 0,4% more expensive (40,58 thousand rubles). The cost of one-room flats grew up by 0,3% (44,15). Two- and many room-flats became by 0,2% more expensive: 41,72 and 40,44 thousand rubles for one square meter correspondingly.

The average cost of elite dwelling in the city makes up 57,8 thousand rubles for one square meter.

The abovementioned parameters are the prices of the sellers but in the course of auctions these prices come down by 10-15% as a rule.

The cheapest flat with the area 45 square meters is offered in Ufa at 1,15 million rubles and the most expensive five-room elite dwelling with the area 225 square meters in the center of the city is offered at 18,5 million rubles. The most expensive cottage near Ufa, put on sale, is estimated at 20 million rubles (the area is 350 square meters).
