The main social-economic showings of Bashkiria in January-July

The Bashkir State Statistics Committee announced the main showings, characterizing the social-economical development of Bashkiria in January-July 2010.

Thus, the circulation of the Republican organizations within this period made up 953,7 billion rubles. As compared with the same period of time in 2008, it grew by 26%. The index of industrial production made 115,1% and the same index in July was 112,9%.

The amount of the construction works in Bashkiria made up 42,1 billion rubles, including 7,5 billion rubles in July. If the July showing appeared by 23,5% lower than in 2009, the 7-month results in 2010 were higher by 1,2%. At the same time this year turned out to be poorer than the previous one by the volumes of housing, put into operation. 861,7 thousand square meters was put into exploitation in January-July, including 104 thousand square meters in July: 90,4% and 60,7% as compared with the comparable indices of 2009.

This year turned out to be very difficult for the agrarian sector of the Republic. For seven months of 2010 the gross agricultural output made up the sum of about 43 billion rubles, including 7,3 billion rubles in July: 97,3 and 85,9% correspondingly, as compared with the results of the last year.

The turnover of goods made up almost 108 billion ton-kilometers for seven months of 2010 (+0,4%) and 15,7 billion in July (minus 7,9%).

The retail trade circulation made up 252,6 billion rubles from the beginning of the year (+4,6%) and 44,3 billion in July (+3,7%). Certain growth is registered in the sphere of public catering too: by 0,5% after seven months and by 5,5% in July.

35,1 thousand unemployed people were officially registered in Bashkortostan on August 1, 2010- by 11% less than on the same date in 2011.

The index of consumer prices and tariffs in January-July made up 105% and 100,7% in July. The index of the prices for the industrial goods is much higher: 11,9 and 112,1% correspondingly.
