15687 certificates are registered in Bashkortostan on the program for utilization of old cars

In the course of two stages of the state program for utilization of the cars, being no longer in use, 15687 certificates were registered in Bashkortostan. 5512 citizens of the Republic became the owners of new cars, the Minister of industry and innovational policy RB Robert Vagapov reported during the online conference in Ufa today. The matter was how the program for utilization of old cars was running in the Republic.

It should be reminded that the term of the program’s realization is set by the Government of Russian Federation within the period between March 8 and November 1, 2010. Any transport vehicle, passing out of use and submitted to utilization under the observance of the following rules: the permitted full loaded mass not more than 3,5 tons, the age more than 10 years, i.e. produced in 1999 and older, being in running order and found in the owner’s property more than one year may take part in the program.

It should be noted that the Government of Russia allocated additionally 10 billion rubles for the second stage of the program.
