The secondary dwelling market of Ufa: the totals of the last week

The prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa have grown up by 0,2% for the last week. For today the average offer price for one square meter on all types of flats makes up 42,1 thousand rubles.

Thus, one-room flats are offered at 44 thousand rubles for one square meter on average (+0,3% for the last week), two-room flats – at 41,64 thousand (+0,1%) and three-room flats – at 40,4 thousand (+0,2%). The flats with more than three rooms are offered at 40,36 thousand rubles on average but the abovementioned figures are the prices, asked by the housing sellers and in reality in the course of auctions the prices drop by 5-10% as a rule.

The average offer price in the sector of elite dwelling makes up 57,7 thousand rubles for one square meter but this category of housing isn’t taken into account when calculating the general price index.

Now the cheapest flat in Ufa with the are 45 square meters is offered at 1,15 million rubles. The most expensive five-room flat with 225 square meters costs 18,5 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage with the area 350 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
