The prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa grew up by 0,2% for the last week

For the last week the prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa grew up by 0,2%. The average offer price for one square meter on all types of flats makes 42,02 thousand rubles at present moment.

The highest growth is registered in the segment of two-room flats, where the cost of one square meter grew up by 0,3% for the last week.

Today one can buy the cheapest three-room flat in Ufa at 1150 thousand rubles. Its area is 45 square meters. The most expensive five-room flat with the area 225 square meters costs 18,5 million rubles.

The most expensive cottage with the area 348 square meters is put on sale in the village Mikhailovka. The price is 20 million rubles.
