Bashkortostan made a spurt in development of e-government

According to information of the Applied Economics Center for several months Bashkortostan made a substantial spurt in development of the e-government. If Bashkortostan occupied the 69-71st place in the rate of e-services introduction in May, sharing it with Kamchatka and Vologda region, in August our Republic reached the seventh place in Russia.

The rate of Russian regions on introduction of e-government is composed by the Applied Economics Center every month in accordance with the special method, taking plenty of parameters into account, including the convenience of the access to information and the completeness of the data provided. The information services – the e-waiting room, electronic booths and e-services – are marked separately. Besides, the specialists of the center estimate the openness of the regional government for interaction with the internet-users.

In total complexity the Center’s specialists estimated the e-government of Bashkortostan by 79 points: 23 points for the optimal character of the portal’s structure, 20 points – for its content, 26 points – for quality and quantity of the e-services and 10 points – for the convenience of the usage and openness for interaction with the internet community.

At present time the register of the portal of e-services RB gives detailed consultation on 74 kinds of services, including 72 regional and two municipal services. The resources of 29 state bodies RB are taking part in realization of this program. In the nearest future the municipal and federal services will be also added to the portal.

At present time two stages of e-services introduction are found under development in Russia: the informational-consultation services and filling of the entry forms. Completely the e-government on the territory of Russia is expected to be introduced by 2015.
