Hypothec crediting with state support faces stable progress in Bashkortostan

One more hypothec crediting program with the state support started working in Bashkortostan not long ago. As the realty agencies network “The Expert” reports, one may receive only a ruble credit on this program and only for the ready-made housing. According to this program all newly erected tenements have to meet several requirements: first, the tenement has to be accepted by the state commission and, second, the tenement has to be in the property of a legal person, developer or investor.

The maximal credit sum for citizens of Russian regions makes up three million rubles and the initial payment should form at least 20% of the dwelling cost. The interest rate is strictly fixed – 11% of interest per annum.

“Sure, the social hypothec for abuilding dwelling exists for many years” – the representative of “The Expert” Elena Andreeva says – “But not all potential borrowers fall under the “social” conditions and not all abuilding tenements take part in the program. The hypothec terms in Bashkortostan look very attractive and will most likely be of high interest for the buyers of the primary dwelling first of all”.
