Delegation RB became acquainted with the European experience on making the system of building savings

The visit of Bashkortostan’s delegation to Germany and Czechia is over. The workgroup, consisting of the representatives of the Bashkir Government Machinery, Ministry of building, architecture and transport RB, Ministry of finances RB, Ministry of housing and communal services RB and Ufa administration, has learned the experience in the sphere of building savings system and visited the institutions of the building savings in Czechia.

As the news-service of Ministry of building, architecture and transport RB reports, the scheme of accumulation of means by the population through the system of the building saving-banks is very popular in Germany, Czechia and Austria. Thanks to the well-thought-out system of state encouragement (state bonuses) citizens are actively taking part in it. Originally the amount of the state bonus in Germany reached 200 euro per year. At present time it makes up about 90 euro per year with the average accumulation about 1000 euro.

The representatives of the Bashkir delegation marked that the introduction of such saving-banks in Russia would be expedient as the method of accumulation of primary means for the groups of population, facing urgent need in dwelling (up to 50% of the dwelling cost).

In the course of the visit the Bashkir guests have taken part in the seminar on exchange with experience in the sphere of the building savings system. The leadership of the largest in Europe saving-bank “Bausparkasse Schwabish Hall AG” stated that accumulation and dwelling construction were quite different schemes and every party was responsible for its own process separately.

In order to make housing more available for population the mechanism of the system of building savings is worked through in Bashkortostan now and as the experts believe, the scheme of the building saving-banks is quite expedient in Russia.
