Directors of sanatoriums learn budget planning

The seminar for the directors and specialists of the Republican sanatoriums - the state unitary enterprises - is held at the Ministry of land and property relations RB. Representatives of 12 health centers RB are taking part in it. The main theme is the role of budgeting in activity of modern organizations. As the deputy Minister of land and property relations RB Jamil Sadykov reported to the news-agency “Bashinform”, the problem in the budgeting system is to the fore at some unitary enterprises.

“Many enterprises aren’t able to distribute and control their finances properly” – he said. “These organizations plan their aims maximally for one year ahead. This policy is unacceptable. Any commercial structure has strict business-plan for development of the company for several years ahead. And the state unitary enterprises are still rather weak in this sphere. Today we speak about state sanatoriums, a part of which works seasonably. These health centers don’t undertake any measures to save their means in wintertime, when the loads and, correspondingly, profits come down. Our Ministry actively works in this sphere in order our sanatoriums would be able to plan more flexible pricing systems. The today’s seminar is one of the forms of interaction with our state unitary enterprises in this direction”.
