The General Director of the Russian Housing and Communal Services Fund Constantine Tsitsin has become acquainted with mass production of low-height housing in Bashkortostan

The workgroup of the Russian Fund for assistance to the housing and communal services reforming, headed by its General Director Constantine Tsitsin, visited the abuilding plant for production of low-height economic class houses in Ufa and became acquainted with the erection of the experimental low-height energy-efficient house in the capital RB.

At present time the assembling of the equipment is running at the plant. As the Fund’s PR-department reports, the representatives of the workgroup became acquainted with the production of the low-height economic class houses. The bearing panels, used as the wall panels, floor, partition and ceiling constructions, are considered the basic part of this technology. These panels stand maximally close to the wooden constructions but possess more progressive and energy-efficient properties. All engineering services are laid inside the panels.

The plant will assemble all elements for filling the apertures and engineering services. The internal and external finishing of the panels will be done on the special stands. It will help to raise the quality and manufacturability of the panels.

The plant will be able to manufacture 1500 houses with the average area 72 square meters per year. The cost of such houses will make up 17000 rubles for one square meter. The plant’s output will be used when developing the programs of people resettlement from the wrecked housing fund.

The representatives of the Fund have also become acquainted with the design estimates for erection of the low-height energy-efficient house. This house will be erected within the frames of the program for resettlement of citizens from the wrecked housing fund in 2010.

The three-storied three-doorway 33-flat house will be built up with the usage of the newest energy-saving technologies in the city of Ufa. The total area of all flats in the house is 1,23 thousand square meters. 112 people will live here. It is planned to use the materials and technologies, able to minimize the losses of heat during exploitation. The construction and settlement of the house is planned to finish till the end of 2010.
