UMPO has successfully conducted the offer under bonds

On June 24, the current year JSC «Ufa Engine-Building Production Association» (UMPO) within the framework of the offer executed their obligations under the repayment of bonds of the series 03 in amount of 1904055 items for a total sum of 1908072556 roubles 12 copecks. The total face-value of issue is three billion roubles. The agent under the offer was JSC "Rosbank".

Placing of issue of rouble bonds of JSC "UMPO" at the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange took place on June 18, 2009. The volume of the placed bonded loan made three billion roubles. The organizer of placing is JSC "Rosbank", as public relations department of JSC "UMPO" informs.
