JSC “KUMAPP” is one of the best Russian exporters

JSC “Kumertausskoe aviation production enterprise” is called “The best Russian exporter-2009” together with some other Bashkir enterprises. The contest was held by the Ministry of industry and trade of Russian Federation.

JSC “KUMAPP”, founded in 1962, has for a short period of time become one of the largest centers for production of helicopters. At present time the plant is considered the only producer of the helicopters with the coaxial scheme of the rotor. The aviation machinery under the trade brand “KUMAPP” is exploited not just in Russia and CIS but in non-CIS countries too: in Korea, the USA, Argentina, Spain, China, India and other countries.

Thus, JSC “KUMAPP” successfully realizes the contracts for delivery of nine anti-submarine KA-28 and nine helicopters of radio-electronic reconnaissance and target designation KA-31 for China in 2010. In May 2010 the Russian helicopter engineering holding "Helicopters of Russia" has delivered two multi-target helicopters KA-32A for Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the model of the helicopter KA-32A, designed by JSC “Kamov” and serially produced by “KUMAPP”, possesses wide range of adaptation: transportation of passengers and freights, building and assembling works, fire-prevention works and wrecking.

In autumn 2009 the modification of KA-32A (KA-3211BC) was successfully certified for the flights on the territory of the European Union.
