“Clear” buyers raise activity in the secondary housing market of Ufa

For today the average cost of housing realty in Ufa makes 41,85 thousand rubles. For the last week the prices dropped by 0,3%.Practically all types of flats turned out to be in a minus. Thus, the one-room flats are offered at 44,18 thousand rubles for one square meters, two-room ones - at 41,82 thousand and three-room flats - at 39,97 thousand. The average offer price on the flats with more than three rooms makes up 40,45 thousand rubles for one square meter. The average cost of one square meter on elite dwelling makes up 57,8 thousand rubles but this category of dwelling isn't taken into account when analyzing the general situation in the dwelling market. The indicators of the market remained unchanged: the index of Ufa dwelling yield was minus 8,0 bank deposits, the market index of hypothec crediting – 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credits availability – 0,4.For today the cheapest flat in Ufa is offered at one million rubles (37 square meters) and the most expensive four-room flat in the very centre of the city – at 18,5 million rubles.
