Ufa public catering enterprises are taking part in the festival “Bashkir national cookery is the wealth of the Republic”

Within the frames of the Republic Year and the III World Bashkir Congress the leading enterprises of public catering in Ufa hold the festival “Bashkir national cookery is the wealth of the Republic”. About 80 such enterprises from seven districts of Ufa are taking part in this festival, organized by the state business undertakings and trade committee RB. It should be noted that on the eve of the III World Bashkir Congress the days, weeks and decades of Bashkir cookery are planned by the Republican public catering enterprises in all towns and regions RB. Thus, practically all canteens of primary and secondary professional education institutions, general education institutions and industrial enterprises offer wide range of Bashkir national dishes.
