The festival “Bashkir national cookery is the wealth of the Republic”

On the eve of the III World Bashkir Kurultay (Congress) the state business undertakings and trade committee RB holds the festival “Bashkir national cookery is the wealth of the Republic”.

In all towns and regions of Bashkortostan the public catering enterprises schedule the days, weeks and decades of Bashkir cookery. The canteens of primary and secondary professional education institutions, general education institutions and industrial enterprises offer wide assortment of Bashkir dishes. Within the frames of the festival the exhibitions of Bashkir cookery will be opened in all towns and regions RB as well as various contests, concerned with the Bashkir cookery. Besides, as the state business undertakings and trade committee RB reports, it is recommended to use the officially approved emblem of the World Bashkir Kurultay for decoration of facades and showcases of the Republican public catering enterprises.
