The unit for production of Agydol-2 is launched

JSC “Sterlitamacsky oil-chemical plant” again launched the unit for production of the anti-oxidant Agydol-2 after its technical rearmament, corresponding to the best foreign analogues by its qualitative parameters. The news-service of the plant reports the unit’s capacity is 1500 tons annually and it will allow covering the needs of the whole Russian market.

Agydol-2 is used for stabilization of light sorts of isoprene Caoutchoucs and synthetic butadiene Caoutchoucs, butyl-Caoutchoucs and ABS-plastics. The main peculiarity of the new product is higher efficiency under lower dosage – four times less than using Agydol-1.

JSC “NIZNEKAMSKNEFTEHIM” and the plants for production of synthetic caoutchouc of Voronezh, Efremov and Togliatti are the main consumers of Agydol-2.
