For three months 2010 the agricultural output in Bashkortostan made up 14,7 billion rubles

The agricultural output, produced in Bashkortostan for the first quarter of the year, made up 14,7 billion rubles or 102,1% as compared with the same period of time in 2009.

According to the State Statistics Committee RB the farmings of all categories have produced cattle and poultry for fattening (live weight) 85,9 thousand tons, milk – 419,2 thousand tons and eggs – 278,1 million pieces. Bashkir farmers have grown up 2,2 thousand tons of vegetables (in hothouses) – 109,6% as compared with the first quarter of 2009.

The growth of production of cattle and poultry was observed in 20 municipal districts RB and the growth of milk production – in 41 municipalities.

By April 1, 2010, the number of cattle in all farmings of Bashkortostan made up 1745,8 thousand heads – by 0,2% less as compared with the same period of time in 2009.
