Ufa enterprises discussed personnel problems

The 4th "Personnel for Small Business" Annual Regional Research and Practice Conference took place in the First Republic's Training Centre. Its organizers are the Ufa Entrepreneurs' Uni on and Alliance JSC with the assistance of Ufa Administration.

The problems of estimation and assessment of personnel, development of corporate culture, prevention and resolution of internal conflicts and many others were discussed at the conference.

Round tables on such topics as "How to minimize losses in cases of violations of the labour legislation" and "Micro-entrepreneurship as a means of solution of employment problem" were held within the framework of the event.

The conference is traditionally the venue for sharing of experience in solution of problems faced by city enterprises in sel ection, motivation and keeping of the staff.
