The number of Ufa citizens, wishing to live out of town, grows up

60% of citizens of Ufa don’t intend to acquire housing. It was found out as a result of the questioning, held by the Research Center “SOCIOMARKET” by the order of Ufa administration. As compared with the previous year we observe the reduction of the number of people, who would like to buy housing, explained by the aggravation of the economic situation in a whole. 35% of the number of potential buyers figures on hypothec crediting and a half - on their own means.

The number of people, wishing to buy an out-of-town cottage, grew up in 2010. As the head of Ufa administration’s informational-analytical department Marat Gazizov reported to “Bashinform”, the tendency of the rise of interest in low-height houses is recently observed.

“In many respects it happens thanks to the actively popularized program “My Own House” – he said – “Plus there are some other factors, influencing upon the general situation – clear air and availability of an adjoining lot”.

In the course of the questioning it is found out that 58% of population heard something about the program “My Own House” and 41% are certain in its efficiency. Almost a half of the interrogated people advocates for low-height housing construction and another half – for tenements.
