The average market cost of one housing square meter is determined in Russia

The average market cost of one housing square meter in Russian regions is determined in accordance with the decree of Russian Ministry of regional development. Such index as the average market cost of one housing square meter is applied for calculation of the amounts of the social payments, allocated for all categories of citizens, for whom the abovementioned payments are given at the expense of the means of the federal budget for the acquisition of living apartments.
In the second quarter 2010 this index was altered (as compared with the first quarter) in some regions of the Southern, North-Caucasian and Far-Eastern federal districts.
The amount of the average market cost of one housing square meter in Republic of Bashkortostan isn’t changed – 27 thousand 500 rubles. In other regions in the staff of Volga federal districts the indices are the following: Nizhniy Novgorod region – 33 thousand rubles, Samara region – 29 thousand 450 rubles, Udmurtia – 28 thousand 500 rubles, Perm region – 28 thousand 400 rubles and Ulyanovsk region – 22 thousand 400 rubles – the lowest cost of one square meter in the Volga federal district.
In Saint-Petersburg and Moscow the cost of one square meter still makes up 44 thousand 300 rubles and 73thousand 800 rubles correspondingly.
