The review of prices in Ufa secondary housing market

The average offer price of one square meter in Ufa secondary housing market on all types of flats makes 41,9 thousand rubles for today. For the last week the average price has grown up by 0,2%.

Thus, the one-room flats have grown up in price by 0,3%, three-room flats and flats with more than three rooms have added 0,1% and two-room flats have become by 0,2% more expensive.

The average cost of one square meter in elite dwelling is 58,5 thousand rubles for one square meter but it isn’t taken into account when calculating the general pricing index.

The index of Ufa dwelling yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits, the market index of hypothec crediting is 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is equal to 0,4, the specialists of the realty agencies network “The Expert” report.

The cheapest one-room flat in Ufa today is offered at one million rubles (37 square meters) and the most expensive flat is displayed for sale at 18,5 million rubles (four rooms, 230 square meters). The most expensive cottage is offered at 20 million rubles (500 square meters).
