Sergey Lavrentiev: The Message of the President RB is the analysis of the region’s development for the last 20 years

The analysis of the strategic development RB during last 20 years and formulation of the main principles in the regional policy for the future are the key moments of the Message of the President RB to the State Council-Kurultay-RB, the State Advisor under the President RB Sergey Lavrentiev said at today’s public listening in Ufa administration, devoted to the Presidential Message.

“The President puts the aim on modernization in all spheres of social-economical development of our society on the first place in the strategy of the Republican politics” – he thinks – “This is the problem of high importance not just for Bashkortostan but for the whole of Russia since the federal center talks about importance of modernization for the country all the time. But Russia is a vast multinational state so one mustn’t solve similar problems on different territories after the same models as soon as every nation has its own traditions and its own understanding of the values. Every region has its own economical complex with its pluses and mines. So the aims the President and the Government of Russia set today have to be concretized on every territory and this concretization is the main idea of the Presidential Message” – Sergey Lavrentiev believes.

One more peculiarity of the Message-2010 is that it makes a certain key of a dialogue between the executive and the legislative powers.

“It is quite clear we’ll read this document again and again, discussing the positions, outlined there” – Sergey Lavrentiev said – “Therefore we will monitor in parallel the realization of the aims, set in the Message. This document is fundamental and the ideas, laid in it, determine all directions in the regional development”.
