The price variations in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa: from minus 0,5% to +1,4%

The prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa have grown up by 0,4% on average for the last week – to 41,8 thousand rubles for one square meter.

In some segments of the market the prices were changing alternatively – from minus 0,5% in the category of one-room flats to plus 1,4% in the category of three-room ones. Thus, the one-room flats are offered in Ufa at 44,16 thousand rubles for one square meter on average, two-room flats – at 41,58 thousand, three-room ones – at 39,63 thousand. The average cost of many-room flats is 40,65 thousand rubles for one square meter and elite dwelling - 58,4 thousand.

The index of Ufa housing yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits for today. The market hypothec crediting index is 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is 0,4.

The cheapest one-room flat (37 square meters) in Ufa is offered at one million rubles and the most expensive four-room flat costs 18,5 million rubles (230 square meters). The most expensive cottage (421 square meters + 2500 square meters of land area in property) costs 17 million 735 thousand rubles.
