The rates of housing prices rise leave inflation behind

The market index of hypothec crediting is 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is 0,4. The analysts say the rise of housing prices outstrips the inflation rates. For today the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa is offered at 1,07 million rubles (the area is 33 square meters). The most expensive five-room flat with the area 150 square meters in the center of the city is sold at 20 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage is sold at 23 million rubles (490 square meters plus the surrounding land area in property).
