The rates of housing prices rise leave inflation behind

The flats in the Ufa secondary dwelling prices added 0,5% at once. At present time one square meter of secondary dwelling is offered at 41, 57 thousand rubles. Thus, one-room flats are offered at 44,28 thousand rubles for one square meter (+0,2% for the last week), two-room flats – at 41,4 thousand (+0,9%) and three-room flats – at 39,01 thousand (minus 0,1%). The flats with more than three rooms lost 0,5%. One square meter in such flats is offered at 40,76 thousand rubles on average. One square meter in elite housing costs 57,1 thousand rubles but this showing isn’t taken into account in the general pricing index. The index of Ufa dwelling yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits on March 22. The market index of hypothec crediting is 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is 0,4. The analysts say the rise of housing prices outstrips the inflation rates. For today the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa is offered at 1,07 million rubles (the area is 33 square meters). The most expensive five-room flat with the area 150 square meters in the center of the city is sold at 20 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage is sold at 23 million rubles (490 square meters plus the surrounding land area in property).
