The average price of “secondary” flats in Ufa is 41,38 thousand rubles for one square meter

The prices in Ufa secondary housing market grew up by 0,1% up to 41,38 thousand rubles for one square meter.

Thus, one-room flats are offered at 44,2 thousand rubles for one square meter on average, two-room flats –at 41,05 and three-room ones – at 39.06. One square meter in the flats with more than three rooms costs 40,95 thousand rubles in the capital RB on average.

One square meter in elite flats costs 61,2 thousand rubles for one meter.

According to the analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the index of Ufa dwelling yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits. The market index of hypothec crediting is 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec crediting availability is equal to 0,4.
