Pharmaceutical industry RB increased output by 50%

In 2009 the output of pharmaceutical industry in Bashkortostan was increased by 50,8% as compared with the level of 2008. As the site www.pharmvestnik.ru reports, two biggest medical industrial enterprises form the volumes of pharmaceutical products in Bashkortostan – the “IMMUNOPREPARAT” and JSC “PHARMSTANDARD – Ufa vitaminous plant”. These two enterprises produce more than 95% of the whole pharmaceutical output.

The production volumes of the immune-biological preparations and medications at “IMMUNOPREPARAT” made 2 billion 621 million 200 thousand rubles and the index of industrial production made 117,3%.

JSC “PHARMSTANDARD – Ufa vitaminous plant” is one of 10 biggest Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers, it holds the first place in Russia on production of vitaminous and poly-vitaminous preparations. Its output in 2009 made 2 billion 865 million 200 thousand rubles and the index of industrial production made 146,1%. In 2009 the enterprise has mastered production of 9 new preparations – 14,8% of the whole output.
