The institute of cadastre engineers is under development in Russia

The institute of cadastre engineers is under development in Russia and it means that thousands people, already working in this sphere, as well as the new specialists have to prove their qualification and receive the state certificates otherwise they have no right to be occupied with this business. The institute of cadastre engineers is established in accordance with the federal law “The state realty cadastre”, having come into effect on March 1, 2008. The transition period is acting till January 1, 2011, and beginning from this date the confirmation of qualification and availability of the state certificate will become the mandatory requirement both for the individuals and for the employees of the companies, working in the cadastre sphere.
