Prices in Ufa secondary dwelling market grew up by 3,3% from the beginning of the year

From the beginning of the year the prices in Ufa secondary dwelling market grew up by 3,3%. The growth made 0,3% just for the last week. According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” one square meter in one-room flats in Ufa costs 44,13 thousand rubles today, in two-room flats – 41,01 thousand rubles and in three-room flats – 39 thousand. The flats with more than three rooms are offered at 40,92 thousand rubles for one square meter.

The average elite dwelling price is 61,1 thousand rubles for one meter but it isn’t taken into account in the general pricing index.

The abovementioned figures are the offer prices and in reality these prices are by 5-10% lower. The index of Ufa dwelling yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits, the market index of hypothec crediting is equal to 12,5% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability makes 0,4.

Today the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa costs 1,05 million rubles and the expensive five-room flat with the total area 15- square meter is offered at 20 million rubles. The most expensive cottage in Ufa suburbs is offered at 23 million rubles (490 square meters + 1200 square meters of land in property).
