Rail Sarbaev: “We have to understand precisely what we are paying to housing-communal services for”

The tariff policy in sphere of housing and communal services should be transparent and clear for eveybody, the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev sated on March 1 at an operative meeting.

The tariffs on housing and communal service is the theme, which doesn’t loose its actuality for population and it is necessary to form a special workgroup, which has to monitor the prices and make the summary list on all payments, the Prime-Minister said.

“You have to find out”- he said to Minister of housing and communal services RB Geman Asadullin – “do we have any unreasonable overstating on housing-communal services and do the management companies make any decisions concerning the accordance of some optional services etc. People have the right to know what they are paying for and does the quality of these services correspond to the money they pay”.

Ministry of housing and communal services RB is ordered to make the analysis of the housing and communal services and prices in the shortest period of time.
