The first certificates of confidence are presented to Ufa’s employers

Two organizations of Ufa received the first “certificates of confidence” – the company “ENERGOAVTOMATIKA” and the federal state organization “The Standardization, Metrology and Certification Center”, the news-service of the Trade-Union Federation RB reports.

The idea to supply those employers, who provide high level of protection of the labor rights for their workers, with the certificates of confidence appeared in 2009 within the frames of the project “Declaration of an enterprise’ activity on realization of labor rights of workers and employers”. The project is active in the Republic since June 1, 2009, and the State Labor Inspection RB and the Trade-Industry Chamber RB are the coordinators of the project.

The main aim of the project is to reach the real improvements in sphere of protection of labor rights of workers on the territory of Bashkortostan. Those employers, who officially declare the guaranteed observation of labor rights of their workers, are included into the special register by the joint decision of the coordinators and receive the special certificate of confidence. Such businessmen have the right on free consulting services re the Russian labor legislation and the planned check-ups at the enterprises of these employers can be held only by the request of these employers. At that the certificate can be recalled in case of violations in sphere of labor protection and labor rights. Therefore the project is aimed at the interest of employers in observation of the labor legislation.
