Rail Sarbaev introduced techno-park of info-communication technologies in Moscow

The meeting of the interdepartmental commission on coordination of activity on foundation, functioning and development of techno-parks in high-tech sphere has taken place in Moscow under chairmanship of Minister of Communications and Mass Communications RF Igor Shegolev. The Prime-Minister of Government RB introduced one of the techno-parks, established by the instructions of Government RB, to the participants of the gathering.
“The major part of the communication and information systems, available at the industrial enterprises, is of foreign origin” – Rail Sarbaev outlined the problem – “It leads to high costs in exploitation, let alone the fact that the dependence on foreign deliveries in this strategic sphere threatens the economic security of Russia”.
It is suggested the profiled techno-park on the base of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University should be oriented to manufacturing of high-tech products, used in communication networks, aviation and space navigation, energy-saving technologies, nano-production and medicine.
Realization of this project, which the Republic intends to invest 750 million rubles in (the overall volume of the demanded investments is 2 billion rubles), allows opening at least 5000 new workplaces, including 1500 vacancies for the University’s graduates. Besides, new conditions for small innovational enterprises can appear – these enterprises can become the residents of the techno-park.
“The available high-tech scientific designs and the production base allow realizing this project with the minimal expenses and in the shortest possible time” – in this way the Prime-Minister of Government RB outlined the advantages of the project.
At present time 6 techno-parks and 1 center for the transfer of technologies are registered and work in the Republic. Along with the abovementioned techno-park, introduced to the participants of the meeting, the techno-park “Bashkortostan” on the base of the same University and the scientific-production non-commercial partnership “The techno-park of aviation technologies” on the base of JSC “UMPO” will be launched soon.
