Rail Sarbaev will learn the experience of Finland in woodworking sphere

The visit of the official delegation RB, headed by the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, to Finland began today. The central topic of negotiations is establishment of cooperation in woodworking sphere.
“Every year the areas of overripe woods grow up and all forest works come to mass sales of timber” – Rail Sarbaev said many times – “Having 5,5 million hectares of forest we mustn’t just hope just for oil-processing and oil chemistry. This is our treasure and we have to use it efficiently”. At the news-conference on January 22, 2010 the Prime-Minister indicated the main directions in development of timber industry, which have to be laid in foundation of the future complex program.
“We have to reconstruct the existing enterprises and to establish the production capacities for deep timber processing, we need investments and small business has to be attracted to activity in this sphere” – Rail Sarbaev said and reported the Republic intended to become acquainted with the experience of Finland in sphere of woodworking.
Today the delegation RB will visit the wood-cutting areas and will become acquainted with the technological processes on timber storage and deep processing in Finland. This country, having the climatic conditions, similar to our Republic, holds leading positions in the world in production of frame houses and acquaintance with one of such enterprises is also included into the schedule. After that the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev will meet with the President of Finland’s Timber Industry Association M-r Risto Witty. The staff of our delegation includes the Minister of forestry RB Rajap Nabiullin, the first deputy Minister of industry and external economic relations RB Villory Yakupov and the deputy Minister of forestry RB Galim Askarov.
