Enterprises of Ufa have to develop their productions
The head of Ufa administration Paul Kachkaev has said at the last operative meeting that though the work of industrial enterprises of Ufa favorably differs from other towns and regions of Bashkortostan, in the nearest future they have to raise their productions up to the pre-crisis level. In 2009 the index of industrial production in Ufa made 97,5% as compared with 2008 – much more than the average all-Russian index (89,2%) and the average Republican one (96,6%).
At the same time the volume of shipped goods and rendered services in 2009 made 233 billion rubles or 81,3% to the level of 2008. And though this index can be called rather satisfactory, this figure indicates evident drop of production.
“This index directly influences on the workers’ wages and correspondingly on the level of the collected income tax” – Paul Kachkaev said – “If the enterprises fail to grow the volumes of production, the city will face difficulties with filling of the budget”.
