The average price of one square meter in Ufa new tenements is 38,3 thousand rubles

The average offer price of one square meter in new tenements in Ufa in January was at the level of 38,3 thousand rubles for one square meter. For one month the realty prices grew up by 0,5%.

Thus, three-room flats have become by 2,4% more expensive – up to 38,6 thousand rubles for one square meter. Two-room flats remained at the same level – 38,7 thousand and one-room flats have become slightly cheaper – 37,6 thousand rubles for one meter.

The average offer price of one square meter in the tenements, already put into exploitation is 49,3 thousand rubles.

The analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” predict no shortage of dwelling in the first half-year 2010 is expected. Perhaps, the shortage will arise in autumn because if no large sites are laid down for housing development in 2010, the market will face serious shortage of small flats, being traditionally demanded by the buyers of flats in new tenements, in 2011.
