18,1 thousand buildings have been erected in Bashkortostan in 2009

18,1 thousand buildings, including 17,8 thousand tenements, have been erected in Bashkortostan in 2009. According to information of the Bashkir State Statistics Committee 24,6 thousand flats with the total area 2352 thousand square meters have been built up due to all sources of financing. The dwelling input corresponds to the level of 2008. 580 square meters of houses have been put into operation on 1000 citizens. The positive dynamics in house-building was achieved thanks to individual developers.17,6 thousand cottages with the total area 1933,6 thousand square meters have been built up at one’s own expense and with the help of credits – by 19,2% more than in 2008. The share of individual homes in the all-Republic dwelling input made 82,2%.

Along with the dwelling Bashkortostan continues construction of the social-communal and communal objects. Thus, the new block of the Bashkir State University in Sibay, the general education institutions (1255 seats) and pre-school education institutions (180 seats) have been put into exploitation in 2009. Construction of the objects of health protection, physical culture and social provision is going on too: the children’s clinic in Ufa, meant for 200 visits per one shift; the 351-seat hospitals, the rest-house with 78 seats in Nurimanovsky region RB; the stadium in Utchaly etc.
