JSC “BASHNEFT” acquired control packet of shares of JSC “BASHKIRNEFTEPRODUCT”

The JSC “BASHNEFT” acquired the control packet of shares of JSC “BASHKIRNEFTEPRODUCT” from the JSC “AFK System”. This packet makes 56,11% of the company’s authorized capital stock, the news-service of JSC “BASHNEFT” reports.

“The acquisition of JSC “BASHKIRNEFTEPRODUCT” allows us to unite the enterprises of the whole technological chain “from the well to the filling station” under control of the JSC “BASHNEFT” thus forming the vertically-integrated oil company on its base” – the General Director of the JSC “BASHNEFT” Viktor Khoroshavtsev said.
