The anti-crisis arrangements are estimated at 155 billion rubles

The complex program of anti-crisis arrangements in 2009-2011 is the key moment of the economic chapter of the Program on realization of the main clauses of the Message of President RB in 2009.

Minister of economic development RB Eugene Evtushenko told about execution of the program at today’s meeting of Government RB.

“The anti-crisis program combines the arrangements of the active regional and federal programs and the new measures of economic stimulation” - he said – “The overall volume of the means, directed to realization of the program’s arrangements, will make 155 billion rubles”.

The idea of the anti-crisis document is the increase of competitiveness in real sector of economics and support of the most problematic kinds of economic activity. Its efficiency was marked by Russian Ministry of regional development: Bashkortostan is considered one of the regions now, where the anti-crisis arrangements are the most successful.

In particular, the local industrial enterprises received the assistance in obtaining of the Republican and municipal contracts. For example, JSC “NEFAZ” has delivered 18 tourist buses for the sum of 89 million rubles for the needs of the Republic and 111 city buses for the sum of 342 million rubles. In order to raise the plant’s load the assembly production of the harvesters “Challenger” was launched.

The Bashkir trolley-bus plant has won the tender for delivery of 20 trolley-buses for the Republic. The order for other 26 machines is scheduled too.

Within the frames of the anti-crisis measures the Government RB approved the concept on development of the mono-profiled municipal formations RB. In accordance with it four groups of such territories are determined and development scenario is defined for every group.

At that in spite of the objective economic difficulties Bashkortostan undertook the measures on steady raising of production of science-intensive and innovational output and according to M-r Evtushenko seven economic agents received the status of technological parks.

“The question of innovational activity as the foundation for successful post-crisis progress is of paramount importance now” – the Minister reported – “According to the results of the last rate of investment attractiveness of Russian regions Bashkortostan stands on the ninth position in the main nomination “The highest level of investment attractiveness” and on the first place in the country in the nomination “The minimal economic risk for investing”.
