Ufa’s secondary housing market: slight price-cutting again

The prices in Ufa’s secondary housing market fell by 0,1%. For today one square meter of housing is offered at 40,19 thousand rubles on average.

The flats with many rooms lost 1,1% in price (one square meter costs 39,55 thousand rubles now). The three-room flats lost 0,4% (38,21 thousand rubles).

At that the cost of one-room flats continued growing: + 0,7% for the last week – 43,09 thousand rubles. The most substantial growth of prices is marked on two-room flats: +1,6% - 39,91 thousand rubles.

The average cost of elite dwelling in Ufa makes 60,4 thousand rubles for one square meter and this category of housing isn’t taken into account when calculating the general price index.

According to calculations of analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the index of Ufa dwelling yield is equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits. The market hypothec crediting index is 19% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec availability is equal to 0,1.

The cheapest flat in Ufa costs 1,1 million rubles and the most expensive in the center of the city is offered at 20 million rubles – this is the elite five-room flat with the area 150 square meters. The most expensive cottage, offered for sale, costs 18 million rubles and the area is 297 square meters.
