The all-Russian population census-2010 will take migration processes into account

In the course of preparations for the forthcoming all-Russian population census-2010 the statistical bodies jointly with the migration service have to provide qualitative statistical calculation of the population’s migration movement.

The all-Russian population census will be held from the 14th to the 25th of October, 2010, and check-ups of registration regulations by the employees of the migration services are considered an important preparatory step. Such check-ups are held in all regions and towns of the Republic now. The employees of the migration service reveal the citizens, living in the Republic without registration, without passports or by invalid passports and other identification documents for better completeness and authenticity of the information.
