When tariffs rise the state supports population with subsidies
In 2009 81946 Republican families received subventions on payments for housing and communal services. This is 5,8% of the whole number of the families, the Republican subvention center reported.
Housing subsidies are the state grant and this grant is given to the citizens, having low incomes, for timely payment of rent and housing-communal services. When the tariffs go up this measure of state aid faces stable demand. Those families, whose expenses for rent and communal services exceed 22% of their combined income, may figure on the subventions but they are appointed only if the family has no debts for rent and housing-communal services.
