The average cost of one “secondary dwelling” meter in Ufa is 40,23 thousand rubles

The average cost of one square meter of secondary dwelling in Ufa grew up by 0,5% for the last week up to 40, 23 thousand rubles.

All segments of Ufa realty market demonstrated the growth. Therefore the cost of one square meter in one-room flats makes 42,8 thousand rubles today, 39,3 thousand in two –room flats and 38,35 thousand at “three-room” flats. Flats with more than three rooms are offered at 40 thousand rubles for one square meter and elite dwelling – at 61,1 thousand rubles but this category of dwelling isn’t taken into account when calculating the general realty price index.

The indicative market indices remain at the same level. The index of Ufa dwelling yield is minus 8,0 bank deposits. The market index of hypothec crediting is 19% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is equal to 0,1.

For today the cheapest flat in Ufa costs 1,15 million rubles and the most expensive five-room flat in the center of the city with the area 150 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
