6,521 billion rubles appropriated for support of “OBORONPROM” enterprises

The state will appropriate 6,521 billion rubles for support of helicopter-engineering and engine plants this year. The decree concerning allocation of this sum for JSC “The United Industrial Corporation OBORONPROM” was signed by the Chairman of Russian Government Vladimir Putin. In accordance with this document these means will be directed to the increase of the authorized capital stock of JSC “OBORONPROM”.

Three billion rubles will be directed to the authorized capital stock of JSC “Progress”, 1,711 billion – to JSC “MOTOROSTROITEL”, 1,165 billion rubles – to JSC “KLIMOV” and 0,645 billion – to JSC “SNTK by Kuznetsov”. The means, appropriated by the Russian Government, are meant for acquittance of the abovementioned enterprises, having been formed before their joining the staff of the JSC “OBORONPROM”.

Besides, the decree presumes allocation of 691 million rubles to the JSC “OBORONPROM” for acquisition of additional shares of the joint-stock companies “Progress”, “KUMERTAUSSKOE aviation production enterprise”, “KAMOV” and “Ufa engine plant” (UMPO).

The state aid in present conditions allows the enterprises in the staff of the JSC “OBORONPROM” to continue development of their strategic projects in helicopter-engineering and propulsion engineering.
