Newly erected blocks in Ufa have lost about 15% of their price in 2009.

The additional risks, including”frozen” projects, also played very negative role in this process.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the average cost of one square meter in abuilding tenements by the end of the last year made 38,1 thousand rubles. This is the summarized index on all types of flats. One- and three-room flats were offered at 37, 7 thousand rubles for one square meter in abuilding houses in December and two-room flats – at 38,7 thousand rubles. The realty prices in the tenements, which are already put into operation, are much higher -50 thousand rubles for one square meter.
