All banks of Bashkortostan will fulfill the requirements of the Central Bank of Russia to authorized capital

Beginning from January 1, 2010, the amount of authorized capital of Russian banks can’t be less than 90 million rubles and the corresponding amendment is introduced to the federal law “Banks and bank activity”. In this connection the Central Bank of Russia expects the number of banks-bankrupts will inevitably grow up. This new norm doesn’t threaten Bashkir banks with bankruptcy, the Chairman of the National bank RB Rustem Mardanov is certain.

As the head of the National Bank RB reported today only one bank in Bashkortostan doesn’t reach this slat – the bank “Pay Systems”.

“On January 1, 2010, it will correspond to the new requirement” – Rustem Mardanov reported – “Its shareholders reached the decision to increase the bank’s authorized capital”.

For today there are 11 active regional banks in Bashkortostan.
