Ufa budget goes on suffering from communal debtors

Timely payment for housing and communal services still remains very serious problem for Ufa. According to the results of 11 months 2009 the city budget has lost 4,7% of payments. It is accustomed to think the debts in housing-communal sphere arise among less well-to-do people but the Ufa Mayor Paul Kahckaev reports according to state statistics citizens of Ufa suburbs pay for housing and communal services quite in time and those, who live in luxurious apartments don’t want to pay.

“This situation has to be altered in the shortest terms” – Paul Kachkaev said – “The cost of housing and communal services in Ufa is one of the lowest in Russia and the wages in Ufa are far from the lowest, so we have to struggle with the debtors”.
