All tenements, included into the capital repair program by the housing and communal services modernization Fund, are repaired.

539 tenements had to be capitally repaired in Bashkortostan in 2009 within the frames of the program, initiated by the housing and communal services modernization Fund. For today all tenements are repaired, Ministry of housing-communal services RB reports.

“21 municipal and one city districts have taken part in the program for capital repair of the housing fund in 2009” – the deputy Minister of housing-communal services RB Vadim Adnasurin reported – “In accordance with the federal legislation all repair works in our tenements have be completed before the New Year”.

For realization of this program Bashkortostan received 3,8 billion rubles from the Fund’s reserves in 2009. 211 tenements have been capitally repaired in Bashkortostan in 2008 by the capital repair program in the region. For two years 162407 citizens of Bashkortostan have improved their living conditions.

According to information of the housing and communal services modernization Fund 70311 tenements have been renovated in Russia in 2008-2009.
