Enterprises of Bashkortostan entered Top 100 by ecological efficiency

The Independent Ecological Rate Agency “NERA” estimated ecological efficiency at the biggest Russian companies (Top100). The ecologists estimated the biggest Russian enterprises by the number of waste, manufacturing water and energy and water consumption per every unit of production activity and every million rubles of their earnings. The dynamics of the ratio of useful output and the whole totality of environment pollutions for nine years (since 2000) was also under consideration.

Several enterprises of Bashkortostan are found in the list of the best Russian enterprises. Thus, JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” holds the 13th position in the rate, JSC “UFANEFTEHIM” – the 21st position, JSC “BASHNEFT” stands on the 33rd place and “The Bashkir Generating Company” – on the 75th.
